At Journey to Excellence Early Years & SEN Consultancy, we are passionate about giving every child aged 0–5 the strongest possible start in life. Our work is rooted in hands-on early years experience. We work alongside nurseries and practitioners to create safe, inclusive and inspiring environments. We help children develop the confidence, communication, curiosity and emotional foundations they need to thrive.

We advocate for children and champion high-quality early years education. We provide accessible and challenging resources alongside practical signposting to relevant support services. Our aim is to strengthen outcomes for children both within and beyond the setting. Practitioner wellbeing is also at the heart of our work. We believe that valued and supported professionals are better placed to achieve positive outcomes for children.

Through our specialist consultancy and the Ready for Reception social impact programme, we help develop future-ready learners. We lay strong foundations for lifelong learning and success. This includes building early confidence in STEM and strengthening support for families and the wider community.
